  From the moment I stepped into the facility, the front office staff and the medical staff were incredibly welcoming and professional. They were kind, patient, organized, and compassionate, making me feel more at ease with my situation. The medical staff explained everything in a clear and understandable manner, which helped me feel more comfortable and informed. I truly appreciate their efforts in making a potentially uncomfortable experience much more bearable than I had anticipated. If you have any concerns or questions, don’t hesitate to reach out to these professionals. They are highly knowledgeable and can provide valuable guidance, especially if you’re unsure about what’s happening to you. (This is particularly important after a hysterectomy, as I gained a wealth of knowledge that I can apply at home to manage my issues and improve my overall well-being. I now have a better understanding of what’s happening, what to look out for, and how to make it better. I’ve also learned how to avoid potential issues from the urogynecologist, I highly recommend to any woman who has had children, a hysterectomy, history of UTI’s, painful bladder syndrome or any other issues that may be related).

  Dr Hale and Team are phenomenal in the office and during surgery. His nurse Gwen went way far above and beyond and truly helped make the experience wonderful! Highly recommend

  After tested by the nurse, I was kept and waited in the room for over 1 hour, and GOT sleep until the doctor see me. So I have to call my boss and told that I was gonna be late for work.

  I felt that the medical staff was very concerned about my wellbeing, they were efficient, quick, very friendly, kept me informed of what was happening with my procedure and testing, answered any and all of my questions that they were able to answer, so the doctor will need to answer. I was pleased with the service and will definitely want to stay with IU Health.
