Check at main registration desk kiosk was a bit confusing when I tried to take a picture of my new insurance card. There wasn’t any instructions on how to do this. I had to have an IU employee come over to help
My experience with ultrasound was great and so was Ali she was very professional and able to answer all my questions. However when I registered for my ultrasound, I also registered for the lab, I sat waiting on lab for 40 minutes and was never called for my labs drawn draw when brought to their attention, I was informed that they were taking people with appointments that arrived long after me, I was at the hospital at 06:45 , I assumed if you registered you had an appointment, I guess I was mistaken. The lab technician’s was very rude and unprofessional. I informed them I was leaving after waiting that length of time and they made no apologies Just that they were the only 2 working, that is not the patients problem and I felt as if they didn’t care that I had been registered and waiting that length of time of that I was leaving. This affects peoples health when their Dr’s. are expecting lab results. I’ve always came to this lab and have never had this experience. This is a situation that I feel needs to be addressed.!!!

The kind, professional employees who were confident in treating me and everyone was helpful. The process was smooth with little wait time.
