  Dr Zarwa Idrees is outstanding! Very kind, caring and thorough. I highly recommend her as an endocrinologist. She listened to my symptoms and put together a comprehensive treatment program.

  Since I have been a patient, I’ve received nothing but the Best treatment for all of my problems. I recommend that everyone who needs help with your health needs please contact either the emergency department or make an appointment to see your primary care physician or if you don’t have a primary care physician make an appointment and you will be surprised at how quickly you will be in the presence of a physician. When I was searching for my PCP other hospitals were either telling me that I had to wait for the next appointment because they were logged so far out and I was in pain and I needed to be seen quickly because I didn’t have a primary care physician until I called IU Health Center North . I called on a Friday and I was being treated by a doctor on the next Monday and guess what else? My PCP has gotten me on my journey to becoming a healthy adult again and I Thank you IU Health North, I recommend this hospital to everyone in need.

  Very bad experience today. After 40 minutes wait my name was removed from the top 0-4 minutes. After telling the staff for 20 minutes I m still waiting. No explanations and no response. Helpless and such a waste of my precious time. Iu north service is getting worse

  There was a 2 hour wait for labs at IU North so I elected to leave and try and have them done closer to home (I live close to Saxony). However, I spent over an hour trying to schedule labs in Fishers. Some phone numbers did not work and I could never find a way to make an appt. Very, very poor customer service.
