  I was helping my wife schedule an exam with Dr. Rex, and the earliest appointment was four months away. Thankfully, Ms. Neala Lewis went above and beyond—she kept my information on hand and offered to notify me if any earlier openings became available. Because of her proactive help, we were able to move the appointment much sooner after my initial call a week later. She also followed up to make sure everything worked out. Truly outstanding service—kind, responsible, and incredibly helpful. I sincerely appreciate all your kindness and help. Thank you again, Ms. Lewis!
