  My wife and I made our Flu shot appointments at the Rangeline Facility, mobile appointment app was super easy and booked appointment, arrived and attendant was engaged and ready for us, walked us right in got our vaccines and left within 5 minutes! Could not have been an easier for comfortable process!

  Appointment for 2pm. Only 1 person working and wasn't seen until after 3. The 1:40 appointment ahead of us was seen at approximately 2:45. If you read these comments for advice skip this location and look elsewhere

  0 stars if I could. I came in with need of a diagnosis and they told me to go somewhere else never been to a more worthless clinic.

  They were running over an hour behind. We were all sitting in lobby waiting to get rapid COVID test. Also you had to check in on touch screen. Not one time did I see any type of disinfectant wipes or anything like that. I did not feel like they were following any time of protocol to keep from passing anything on.

  stay away! I have had a few bad experiences here but last one we showed up (10 year old Daughter) and was told I owed $60 form 10 years ago! I said to the girls (totally rude) This clinic was not even here and my daughter would have been a month old. After I mentioned that little fact she said oh it was another location. I said oh really and where might that have been! Since I have never been to another Little Clinc! Long story short I left refusing tp pay a bill they could not explain explain. Basically they could have collected $90 for that days visit but they stepped over $90 to try to collect $60. The girl at counter didn't quite understand that. A also have been another time where having a cold over 10 days and they refuse to do anything. Very unqualified staff and none of them are actual Dr. Dont waste your money, time or effort to deal with this place. A real Dr office is always you're best choice!
