- WRWade RyanOct 22, 20252.0Business manager doesn’t care about the kids/patients. Doctors seem competent, but the front office staff’s callousness and unprofessionalism leaves little to be desired.
- SSSam SSep 30, 20255.0We take both of our kids here, starting from birth. Our toddler asks to go to the Dr. They are very responsive to IUH messages and getting us in for sick appointments. We have had a few ear infections that ultimately resulted in tubes being placed at IUH North. We love all the providers here and Dr. Payne is our primary. She has an incredible bedside manner and practices at a high level of medicine! Thank you, Dr Payne for keeping our kids healthy and guiding us through this parenting world!
