  We waited 70 minutes for our appointment. 80 minutes in total because we were 10 minutes early which they advise you to be. After I complained and asked to speak to the office manager I was taken back to a room to vent my frustrations. Then waited 15-20 more minutes in the room for the doctor to arrive. The doctor saw us, did not apologize but said "It's a holiday week" (it was the Monday before Thanksgiving and we have had this appointment on the books for 6 months) shrugged her shoulders and said we have a busy schedule. She was not remorseful and was borderline rude. She did not care that she made a three year old wait for 80 minutes for his appointment. She was dismissive and unprofessional. She was with us in the room for a GRAND TOTAL of FOUR MINUTES. I know this because I wrote down the time she walked into the room and when she left. I was never given a reason for why the doctor was running 70 minutes behind schedule. This was a 10:15 AM appointment. It's not like it was the end of the day and everything had gotten backed up. This extreme waiting has happened to us every single time we have had an appointment in this office. There is clearly an over scheduling problem.

  I was treated with respect and kindness for my condition. Both physician and staff were very supportive and I was grateful for their help.

  Front desk lady I dealt with was incredibly rude, she really shouldn't work with people going through rough times with their children. She was sarcastic and unprofessional with my circumstances that are out of my control and a freak accident my daughter was involved in. I'll definitely try Peyton Manning Children's Hospital next time.

  What a terrible group of people at the front desk here. I have never encountered a doctor's office where the staff were so rude and uncaring. It says a lot about the Riley hospital that this is the experience they want people to go through.
