  Brought my daughter into the emergency room. The check in was weird, they didn’t even ask for my ID or my child’s insurance when I first got in for registration. Then the nurse and the doctor, WARD MYERS, BOTH completely ignored my concern of the reason i brought my daughter in. It was giving RACIST vibes from all the staff members. They just wanted to get us in and rush us out to make space for their precious kind. The waiting room was empty besides my family and another family that walked in after us, and i’m sure you can guess what type of family this was… They walked us back to an open bed which i was okay with because i didn’t feel my daughter needed to stay the night. i voiced my concerns to the doctor and he brushed it off as if it was minor when my daughter is literally crying in pain. My daughter is still left untreated with a bad rash. he prescribed a cream to when i SPECIFICALLY stated the creams were burning her and would rather a powder, he agreed and STILL PROCEEDED to prescribe a cream. Didn’t even fill out the prescription all the way, so now im having to wait 3 days to get what might not even work for my daughter. I’m not even from Indiana. I’m traveling from Chicago and had an emergency while here visiting family. My first impression of the care in Indiana is TERRIBLE! Very racist, very unconcerned, and liars. If you’re of color, i would just skip this hospital if you actually want care for your little one! Looking into calling my insurance to file a grievance. 👎🏽

  They are really kind and caring they are professionals we 10000009000000 million percent recommend this hospital! This hospital has been the hospital I have ever been to!!!! They are so kind and make everyone feel welcome and love! They also make people feel comfortable!

  My son was in the NICU for 9 days and the staff was incredibly amazing in helping my son get to where he needed in order to come home! They cared for my son as if he was their own!

  Time for annual check for my twins. Take the day off work. 1 hr drive. drive around the parking lot for 20 min to find a spot because they dont have nearly enough parking. Probably would be enough spots if they didnt have a curb every three spots. Barely get up to our app in time, just to find out these morons rescheduled my kids appointment some time in April of 25 (currently jan 26) and forgot to call us!

  Didn’t listen to my child about her symptoms. Dismissed daughter & I about concerns & spoke to us in very condescending tone and manner. Prescribed daughter meds that didn’t work and followed up after a month to let doctor know so she could increase dosage & received no call back. Lack of patient care by Doctor Sheth.
