  I would highly recommend not using this provider for any type of counselling. I went in with an open mind- willing to share any and all information that I thought might help. I requested a letter to be used in a legal proceeding and the provider basically never addressed the specific areas of concern that I was completely honest and up front with her from the very beginning, that I needed help and guidance with. Instead, she wrote a very nasty and partially untrue account of the things only she wanted to discuss. A complete failure and violation of trust. I'm sure there are many compassionate and effective counselors out there that can help those in need to improve their lives. This one did far more harm than good. I wrote a very detailed letter, addressing my concerns, to the manager/supervisor Maggy Baurley. Ms Baurley did not even have the courtesy to respond. Just an awful experience that I hope nobody else has to go through

  The therapists my daughter has seen over the course of almost 2 years were just OK. One was better then the rest but this place seems like a revolving door for therapists. Seemed like as soon as she'd get comfortable they'd say they were leaving and she'd have to start with a new one. The most recently one she had to cancel the last appointment with Sue to school, well 3 weeks later her brother passed away. She's not doing well. She emailed her counselor to ask for an emergency appt....no reply. I look on the website, looks like she's gone already.

  Dr. Miller does not have any appointments set aside for acute mental health crises. My son had an appointment scheduled with him but had a significant crisis involving harming others and Dr Miller not only refused to move his appointment up or see him in the emergency, he also did not help when we asked for a referral to someone who could see our son to adjust his meds sooner. (He ended up in patient at the St. Vincent Stress Center, so when I say acute crisis I am not overstating.) It is irresponsible for a psychiatrist to have no emergency appointments available.

  Horrible experience. Do not waste your time. Only in it for the money and not helping people.
