Both times there have been two females behind the desk running their mouths and would not look up and a male employee at the another desk doing whatever and not a word! Yes, they knew I was there, but again never acknowledged me. I have been a customer of LensCrafters’s in two other states and have received excellent service. I will continue to patronize LensCrafters, but at another location!
