- AAAnonDec 13, 20222.0Extremely rude, and incompetent staff. They do not like to help you. You're just another number to them. They like to hang up on you. They also lie to you and tell you things were sent in to you Dr when they never were or that the Dr denied refill, etc. And I've gotten proof from Drs that nothing was ever sent in nor was it ever denied. Etc etc. We were forced into this place because Carmel Prescription Shop just closed without warning, and due to one of the meds I am on the doctor does not allow switching of pharmacies unless your current one closes so I am stuck here. I hate big named companies because there is nothing but problems with them, and they won't give you a few pills to get you thru those issues like small family owned ones will. So now we suffer because of it.
- BIBecause IdfwuMar 1, 20225.0Huge thank you to Veronica in the pharmacy. Our son had oral surgery with 2 extractions. After 2 hours and countless calls between the surgeons office and Kroger. Veronica had me give her our surgeons office # and she was going to figure out why they hadn’t received his prescription yet. Not only was she able to find out they had lied to us and not sent it in but found out that his surgeon hadn’t signed it and had left. She worked with the office to get the signature and got it filled in less than a 1/2 an hour after me explaining why I kept calling in. She isn’t required to do all of that and I truly appreciate her going above and beyond.

I have used every pharmacy in Carmel and refuse to use any one now. There customer service is beyond any Walgreens or CVS who treat you like a nobody. Krogers prices are way cheaper than those 2 as well
