  I made an appointment for my varicose veins. I had to wait 2months for my appointment. It was scheduled June 26 at 8am.The paperwork I received said I had to arrive 15 minutes before the appointment or I would have to reschedule for a new appointment. I do not drive so my wife took off work to take me to my appointment. My appointment was with Dr. Ashley Gutwein. We arrived at her office at 7:30am! The door to the office was locked and no one was in the office. There were no employees. The employees Started to trickle in between 7: 48am and 8am. At 8am the employees finally let us in the office but they did not have there computers ready. Finally they took us to an exam room. A LADY entered she did not introduce herself. Were under the impression she was the doctor.we were very uneasy because she was very unprofessional and she couldn't answer any of our questions. I asked her whether laser or stripping was the best? She said I would have to wait till my next appointment and ask the doctor, it wasn't till then did we found out she was a nurse practitioner. She led us to believe she was the doctor! It was a total waste of our time plus my wife missed work! for nothing! In addition the new appointment with the real doctor is not until August 22. What a fiasco!
