  There was a 2 hour wait for labs at IU North so I elected to leave and try and have them done closer to home (I live close to Saxony). However, I spent over an hour trying to schedule labs in Fishers. Some phone numbers did not work and I could never find a way to make an appt. Very, very poor customer service.

  The lab was way too busy, but they recognized it and worked it out to split the patients to go to the cancer lab. I walk, painfully, with a cane and they were so kind to take me in a wheelchair AND return me to the front door to go home!!Lovely people, very nice phlebotomy employees, and an all-round super experience!

  I stopped by your lab mid afternoon one day and it was packed. The waiting time was over an hour. I asked the information desk what time the lab opened and they said 7 AM. I returned the next day at 7 AM and it was also packed and I was amazed at how many people were there already with it just opening. I then found out that it actually opened at 6 AM and that morning. I also waited over an hour to get my labs drawn. I stopped by the information desk again and said what time do the labs open? They said oh 7 AM and I said well apparently since 2023 they’ve been opening at 6 AM and the information this lady just looked at me and said oh, and kept on doing what she was doing. Wouldn’t it be nice if the left hand knew with the right hand was doing.
