  The doctor wasn’t as experienced or knowledgeable based off the question I asked. Secondly, he informed me the blood work didn’t matter but ordered blood work on me. I felt very uncomfortable and wasn’t certain that my diagnosis were faked or I was lying. I don’t like to be gaslit by doctors. He sent my stress level very high and I couldn’t sleep peacefully after that experience. Especially when he used hand sanitizer and shook my hand and husband hand as if we had germs and I wasn’t certain since the hand sanitizer was still wet he wasn’t passing germs to me. I’m ordereding the medical records but I’m not certain I want them to go to him. I have ordered these medical records multiple times for Ball hospital doctors: They should be on record somewhere. Plus he said he didn’t see my medication or enough information on me. I find that hard to believe: IU Carmel Rheumatology

  Love that I can schedule a time and it helps with the wait time. Staff is always friendly and explains everything they are doing and why. The only negative is the parking and the $5 to use valet.

  The process was smooth from registration through a short wait. I appreciate the screen display of estimated wait time, which was quite accurate. The phlebotomist was very quick and was able to draw my blood with one stick. I rarely have that kind of experience!
