  Purchased a Pride Jazzy UltraLIGHT Powered Chair and two VivaLIFT Power Recliners. My wife is still getting used driving the Powered Chair. We both have immediately enjoyed the VivaLIFT Power Recliners. Michele was very helpful and not pushy. Like how she showed me how to take the Power Chair down for loading and she made me do it to confirm understanding. Michele is a real Energy Giver! A high compliment!

  The staff at Hoosier Mobility Solutions are amazing! We rented a ramp and scooter, and later purchased a scooter as well. The new scooter arrived within a week and lined up perfectly with the rental return, which made everything much easier. What really stood out is how much they care. When you are dealing with sudden mobility issues, it can feel overwhelming. Lori and Michelle were understanding and genuinely helpful throughout the process. Communication was easy and logistics were flexible. They even suggested I record a video so that I could remember the mechanics of the scooter later. I highly recommend them!

  Hoosier Mobility was AMAZING! I called in desperation to get my daughter a more comfortable bed while recovering from a spinal fusion surgery and they were able to get one out to me within one business day! The person who set it up for me was really accommodating and efficient, arriving right on time. The bed worked great, no issues at all. Coordinating pick up for the bed was also really easy. They showed up again on time and had it packed up and done in less than 10 minutes. I would absolutely recommend using Hoosier Mobility for all your mobility needs - they took such great care of us!

  Staff at Hoosier Mobility were very helpful in explaining the difference between options with pros/cons that helped us make choices that have kept me mobile pre and post knee surgery. The equipment has been durable and withstood outings on rough pavement. For any future mobility needs, I will stop here first and highly recommend them to others. Even our cat found my rollator chair comfortable!

  I received Professional Service. I was impress by Michele Kosegi's knowledge of the benefits from the various models. She stated that she had what we needed in the warehouse and could make it available the next day on Sat Morn. I called before I left for Carmel. I was assured the model I had chose was ready for pick up. I was met with friendliness and I would highly recommend them. Ed Schrier Realtor
