  The phone operating service is too sensitive and not even useful. It drives me crazy! Somehow the microphone can pick up a fart that happened in China two days ago but can’t hear me scream my birthdate into the phone 3 different times or recognize that I’m typing it out and still “Sorry I didn’t get that.” “Would you like me to…” what I would like is Kroger pharmacy to find some useful AI for a better operating system. What I would like is the pharmacist to fill the prescription when it’s sent in and by the date it’s due. Not just whenever they feel like it in three to five business days. What I would like is for anyone working at this pharmacy to read the black words on the screen and then do what the back words say to do. Which is count pill, put pill in orange cup, scan orange cup, collect payment, give orange cup to person, wave goodbye. All for a medication that doesn’t even have street value!

  Kroger Pharmacy Brownsburg has a new policy that doesn't allow you to buy your medication out of pocket if there is a prior authorization pending. This policy is laying kroger in the hands of the insurance companies insuring they have a larger say in the medication a patient receives than the doctors. It is a slap in the face of doctors everywhere to allow insurance to dictate what medications a patient should and should not have access to. I've used Kroger pharmacy for 28 years. I am regretful to say that in response to this policy change, I will no longer be using Kroger pharmacies going forward. - The staff however was wonderful and deserves the praise of the company for handling my upset with such understanding. They were informative and regretful that they couldn't do anything to help me.

  I honestly dread coming to this pharmacy. I’ve been switching my scripts elsewhere but my doctor sent one here and I had to prepare my mind to go get it. The long lines, slow pace, and delay on prescriptions has been unbelievable. And I really don’t know why there is a drive through as it’s never open. I’m not sure what’s going on here but I’d advise going to Walgreens or CVS , somewhere other than here.
