  The last two times my husband and I have gone in for our annual physicals, we have been charged for two office visits on each of our visits. One charge for our annual physical and an additional charge for "discussing conditions/medical issues" beyond our "regular physical exam". Mine was for discussing asthma for all of one minute and that I have had for 40 plus years. Insurance covers only one office visit, so we have been stuck paying for the second office visit out of pocket. I fought with them and the insurance company but was informed by both that if it is billed then the charges are "legitimate", so we have been stuck paying it. Shameful!! Beware if you visit and have crappy insurance like we do!

  Turned away because I had to run here after work with 20 minutes left to close. They said all rooms were full… 2 employees working, 2 cars in the parking lot…

  Front Desk Staff: Keep waiting in line and people after you are the ones to get checked in. They need to have better way of dealing with patients who are lined up to check in. I was in line for 10 minutes and a person walks in from the door and he is checked in before me because he was seen coming in from the door by Counter 1. Also, need to do a better job at addressing he or she. If they do not know the gender, just say by the name. Not only this, there was nobody at Counter 3, so I went up to get checked in after waiting and thats when he sends me back by saying he is working on a paperwork (Counter 3 was empty for 5 minutes). He did not bother to say someone should help you shortly. I was the only patient left in line. Posting this after IU'S reply- I had emailed them the same day as this review and to date, have not received a response.

  The desk ladies are very sweet. The nurses are rude as could be. Getting something as simple as ADHD medicine is like pulling an arm and leg.
