My doctor submitted two prescriptions one the day before and the other the fallowing morning (9am) and the pharmacy wanted to fill them the next day. This is medication that is needed ASAP not in a day and a half. when I asked to get it sooner they where rude and acted like I was being unreasonable and inconveniencing them. I will be switching to a new pharmacy.

Refills are never done when they are supposed to be and always require you to wait in person 20 us minutes after waiting in a long line for another 20 minutes. I've used Kroger pharmacies for long time, this is by far the worse one yet. The new store somehow made things worse.
- AJAlison JacksonMay 19, 20221.0I switched to this pharmacy because I grocery shop here. I actually live at least 15 minutes away and still come. The Pharmacy is horrible! Last time I came they practically closed the metal gate in my face as I was trying to show them my sons insurance card, they told me they can't give me my prescriptions until after they take their lunch since I didn't have his card ready! So I go back a few days later, granted I live 15mins away, and they give me my sons prescription and no syringe to give it to him! Terrible terrible customer service.
