After providing all necessary information over the phone, I arrived on the day of the appointment only to be informed that they do not accept my insurance. I inquired why I was not notified in advance, and their response was unsatisfactory. They suggested that I pay out of pocket and subsequently bill my insurance myself. This experience was highly unprofessional and disappointing. I recommend verifying insurance acceptance before making an appointment with this practice to avoid similar inconveniences.
