I’m constantly finding myself making multiple trips to pickup the same script when theres a problem, which is often, and the staff is irritating and rude as a result. You will likely find yourself troubleshooting problems anytime you visit this pharmacy. Don’t expect them to offer you a solution that doesn’t involve coming back tomorrow.

- TATim AikenSep 7, 20211.0I want them to succeed, really, they are close by, they have a drive-thru but if I have to hear that "we are out of that drug" or "we don't have that ready" after I have been told it will be ready by the time told me, and it's NOT (multiple times in my 4 month history with them), this is BAD. I need a med sometimes that day for whatever reason. Do not use this pharmacy as though your life depended on it!

Do not call and ask about it before u go because the either won't answer the phone or give incorrect information, can't say how many times I've had to make multiple trips for the same meds or walk around the store 2hr waiting. They don't have any clue about insurance one tech will give you information then another will give you totally different information the next time. I'm changing to an independently owned pharmacy or CVS Nashville it'll be worth not having to deal with the rude incompetence I've put up with at this pharmacy
