  I have been going here for years. I've had a full range of services from exams and cleanings to fillings and a few implants. Recently they were willing to squeeze me in on very short notice for a check-up before an extended trip out-of-country. This gave me great peace of mind for the travel. They take my "semi-phobia" of people working in my mouth seriously and without minimizing it. They accommodate me with an effective combo of aids that sets my mind completely at peace, no matter the procedure. This is my dentist and they have earned my trust.

  Dentists here and hygienists are good. Some of the assistants are extremely rude and questionable. I wanted to get my teeth corrected at Jackson Creek. While they were scanning my teeth, I could not open up my mouth as widely as they had wanted me to, because I have TMJ problems. There was this one staff member, who was extremely gaslighting, and was pulling my mouth open in a very violent manner. She messed up my jaw muscles so much that very soon after that, my jaw completely locked. I could not open my mouth widely enough to eat any solid food and had to see a TMJ specialist for special treatment for the next half a year.

  I went to JCD as a new patient for a routine checkup with Dr. Lauren Hoye, and I had a great experience. From scheduling to the actual visit, everything moved quickly. What really surprised me was that my cleaning and several fillings were all completed within a week. The cleaning was thorough, and the filling work was the best I have ever had. It was precise and very clean. Before starting treatment, they clearly explained the costs and showed the pricing with and without insurance, which I truly appreciated. Everything felt transparent. Check-in was smooth, and I only waited a few minutes before being seen. Everyone I interacted with, not just the doctor but also the hygienist and assistants, was genuinely kind and welcoming. They greeted me warmly and made me feel comfortable throughout the entire visit. I have already recommended JCD to my family, and I will definitely recommend them to my colleagues and friends as well. This is an excellent dental office, and I believe more people should know about it.
