  If I could give zero stars I would. Waited for over an hour to be told, we were just checked in & would have to wait for everyone who came in after us to go. We told it’s not first come that it’s based off what the pt has being done. So you just may wait all day they don’t care

  Okay, so the nurses were absolutely AMAZING! The doctor was wonderful, listened and was so sweet! Everyone working was 100/10! Never a bad experience here at all! The best walk-in in Bloomington!

  The receptionist shouted my full name and home address across the lobby FILLED WITH PEOPLE for me to verify while I was sitting waiting. I have no idea why she didnt ask me this information when we initially checked in, or even just call me up so I could privately verify

  They fit me in at the very end of the day and got me taken care of quickly. Everyone was very helpful, friendly and caring. Best experience I have had at an urgent care facility in quite a while.
