  I give this place any stars at all because the doctor seems to really care about patients, and the office staff was very friendly and honest with me! However, I went to establish primary care with Dr. Knudsen, and I was left waiting for 40 minutes in the lobby after my required arrival time. When I asked how much longer it would be, they said they could room me soon, but that it would be an additional 20-30 minutes at least before I could see the doctor after that. I appreciate the doctor’s seemingly thoroughness with patients, but scheduling methods should be updated to reflect the doctor’s timetable better and avoid long wait times. It is frustrating to know I could be charged if I was late to an appointment yet be expected to wait over an hour past my appointment time with no heads up.

  Dr Knudsen was so down to earth and took as much time as I needed. She told me she can run late because she does this with all her patients...which I think is marvelous. The nurse and the girl at front desk were both very nice..professional..and just seemed like an upbeat atmosphere.

  Very unprofessional and extreme lack of competency. Only one other patient waiting and I sat in the examination room for over 1 hour. I would recommend finding a provider outside of IU Health.
