The last time I went I made an appointment online but arrived 30 minutes before the appointment, and was prepared to wait. They took me back early and had me on my way in about 10 minutes. I had an ear infection and the doctor took extra time to explain some things that went above and beyond and were very helpful. The pharmacy took longer to fill my meds than the appointment did (but they were busy, and didn't even take that long in the scheme of things!) I will happily drive across town to go here instead of any of the immediate cares closer to me.
