Any time I have had any issues they have been resolved immediately and effectively. I cannot say enough about the ladies in the Bloomington office. He put me in the panic box and ran a full exam. There were several areas where he found incorrect previous values that would improve with regular use. Great service from check-in to walking out the door.

I live in Mitchell, Indiana and the drive takes about 30 minutes. I don't go to Bloomington unless I have an appointment. Needless to say, I wasn't pleased. If there is a closer office I would like to go there. Miracle Ear hearing aids are way over priced.
