When I tried to return my glasses, I was met with an argumentative store manager. I wasn't given the regional managers number. The cherry on top was when I called their customer service number. I was told to wait 5 days. I waited 8. Then I called a second time, and there was still no response 2 weeks later. I ended up going to the Greenwood store. Once I was there the employee took care of me. No questions asked. Why did the Bloomington store make it so hard, and why is their customer service non-existent? There's other options in town, and I recommend you, the reader take your money elsewhere.

I purchased them almost 2 months ago and fully expected to be told "We're sorry Mr Bagshaw but your screwed" and I would have to buy new glasses. But no they went above and beyond to fix me up with new frames at no charge. I had never shopped at LensCrafters before this pair of glasses. Now I will never shop anywhere but LensCrafters for all of my eye care needs.
