- WOwild orchidsAug 24, 20212.0Have been getting my meds through this pharmacy since I moved to Bloomington six months ago and, for the most part, the service has been good...however, they recently have become short staffed, which has caused them to limit their hours and even temporarily close their drive thru. I haven’t been able to get anyone there to answer the phone for 3 days straight. I have never had this problem with them before. I stopped in to try to pick up my meds yesterday and there was a line literally more than halfway across the store. I didn’t have all afternoon to wait because I had to leave for work. Kroger needs to come up with a solution to this STAT or they will be losing loyal customers like there’s no tomorrow!

I can also go online and order refills and get them filled that way, then get a call when they are ready or check on line. If I need refills they will contact the Dr. for me..
