The past year has been a struggle with staffing as with many other stores throughout but when I call a day before to schedule a time for pick up you would assume all is set. You drive 20 miles.. get to the window and go to look up your information then tell you it was not called in and you will have to drive around to the parking lot and wait 20 minutes. Just crazy! The pharmacist the day before never put in the information. I have proof on my phone with date and time of calls.. very frustrated to say the least and need to move to another pharmacy.
