- LMLark McQuearyJul 7, 20213.0This is my least favorite pharmacy to use in Bloomington. Some of the staff that I have experienced seemed kind of rude. Their software makes picking up prescriptions take longer than other pharmacies I've used. Not a terrible place, but definitely not the best.

She was very impatient with me, did not make me feel like she wanted to help or listen, and after waiting on hold for 7 minutes, I was on the phone with her again, this time to find her even more short impatient. After not even a minute, she started to say “hello?? I can’t hear you, is anyone there?” There’s nothing wrong with my phone, and I suspect she just didn’t not want to do her job. Because I need my medication, I called again, waited on hold (again), but angel named Samantha answered the phone and was very professional throughout the phone call. Samantha sounded very tired, but very willing to help me in a timely manner and the other customers I could hear in the background. Samantha, keep doing your girl and if there’s a promotion you deserve it! I hope you can serve as an example of how to handle busy and stressful situations but still give excellent customer service! Other girl, I hope you learn some patience and people skills from Samantha.

I call the store to get lanes opened only to be told there is nothing they could do about it and hung up on me. Aldi's is starting to look promising. Krogers has gotten very complacent.
