They had received the doctor’s order and did not fill the prescription because the medication was out of stock (not their fault), but did not let us know 5 days ago when the order was placed. Doctor is scrambling to send the prescription somewhere else as we are about to LEAVE the hospital. Glad I called to check, even though pharmacy technician hung up on me and I had to call twice.

I call the store to get lanes opened only to be told there is nothing they could do about it and hung up on me. Aldi's is starting to look promising. Krogers has gotten very complacent.

In response the pharmacy tech told me kroger doesn't allow customers to request this and was extremely rude in telling me this. This seems like an establishment that puts customers last. You're better off going to Walmart Pharmacy or CVS, at least they have consumer-friendly policies and polite staff.
