Have tried to fill prescription for past 2 days. Could not do it online. Have called 4 times over past 2 days, get the recording but when it goes to person, I have let it ring for 5 minutes with no answer. Gave up.

This is my least favorite pharmacy to use in Bloomington.
Some of the staff that I have experienced seemed kind of rude. Their software makes picking up prescriptions take longer than other pharmacies I've used. Not a terrible place, but definitely not the best.

Terrible, incompetent, neglectful, and rude. The girl with the purple hair treated me like I was a drug addict trying to get my pain meds after an emergency hysterectomy with twins *and* my bowel bursting. Yes I'm a drug addict with my 2 refills of percocet. Dumb.

Difficult to reach over the phone, but every time I visit I am treated with dignity and respect.
They seem like a competent pharmacy, I'm thankful they're so conveniently located.

They are always busy which is fine except the seem consistently understaffed for the quantity of customers they serve. The hours are limited which causes me problems with dropping off and picking up due to my work schedule.
