There is most always a shopping carts available. Improvements? I don't enjoy the police presence. Sometimes the lines are too long (too few cashiers).

I brought some prescriptions to the walk-up window a few weeks ago and was helped by Mike. Asked how long it would take and he said because it was a busy time, probably an hour. AN HOUR!? That's all?! I waited a week to get the same prescription sorted out at CVS. When I went to pick it up a few hours later (I am usually not in a rush), Mike remembered my face and name and it was just a very pleasant exchange. Today, my NP sent an electronic prescription over. I called to check to see if I needed to let them know I'd be coming to get it. The tech who answered told me they had already filled it and told me how much it would cost me. She was super pleasant and cheery. So, we're 2 for 2. I know that pharmacies can get incredibly busy, so if it isn't so lovely next time, I really won't care. I'm pretty loyal once you win me over :)
