Compared to college mall Kroger, this one is small. But those who are staying near campus walk Appartments, this one is a good deal. Only 10- 15 minutes walk will be there.

Overall, rude and unprofessional. Techs over the phone are not pleasant and seem bothered to take your call. Also, I called twice on one day and waited on hold for around 40 minutes both times only to be disconnected.

I am grateful for this store. Pretty easy in and out. The cheese department personnel are excellent in helping. Anna, the cashier is the best in the business. There is most always a shopping carts available. Improvements? I don't enjoy the police presence. Sometimes the lines are too long (too few cashiers).

Extremely rude and unprofessional. They discriminate against patients based on what medications they get. I have heard a tech swear while on the phone while I was waiting for my medication. I have never had a good interaction with them. Want a good pharmacy? Try anywhere but here.

I had a small local pharmacy back home that has ruined all major chain pharmacies for me... until now! I brought some prescriptions to the walk-up window a few weeks ago and was helped by Mike. Asked how long it would take and he said because it was a busy time, probably an hour. AN HOUR!? That's all?! I waited a week to get the same prescription sorted out at CVS. When I went to pick it up a few hours later (I am usually not in a rush), Mike remembered my face and name and it was just a very pleasant exchange. Today, my NP sent an electronic prescription over. I called to check to see if I needed to let them know I'd be coming to get it. The tech who answered told me they had already filled it and told me how much it would cost me. She was super pleasant and cheery. So, we're 2 for 2. I know that pharmacies can get incredibly busy, so if it isn't so lovely next time, I really won't care. I'm pretty loyal once you win me over :)
