His customer service skill was the finest I have ever experienced! This young man needs a raise and Kroger should be thankful for an employee like him!

Furthermore I have been flat out lied to regarding the availability of medications and why the prescriptions were not filled. Completely unacceptable and my physician believes so as well. I never get my orders as directed and it has become extremely inconvenient. I'm going to give Amazon a try. Sorry, Kroger Pharmacy, I tried but you aren't worth waiting in line for.

I have never considered switching to any other pharmacy in all that time. During COVID the lines have been long. People are tired and sometimes irritable and the pharmacists and techs have been patient and made sure that my needs are met without showing the stress of what they must be experiencing. I feel very confident that I am being well taken care of.
