  The staff were kind and efficient. I felt very listened to, respected and very well taken care of. Urgent Care is superior to any ER experience that I have had.

  While I'm there the people are always nice and professional but when I try to make a follow-up appointment you never ever answer your phone and then you want to put somebody on a 48 hour call back time but I return the call they don't answer the phone so they put me on another 48 hour call back time answer your damn phone I've been a week trying to get my finger looked at cuz it's broken I probably going to have to have it reset or rebroken to reset now. I used to use IU health for my general practitioner This is why I quit because I can never get my prescriptions refilled over the phone I had to actually show up in person to tell him I needed a refill because you never ever answer the phone

  Nice people, took care of my mamaw. But be sure to call first as they sometimes stop taking patients hours before they close due to volume and I couldn’t be seen.

  The clinic was fast and easy to get into. The staff were polite and very helpful. Definitely recommend this walk in clinic.
