  Our new Dr. Heather Dickerson is so awesome. She is so patient, with us. She listens to us. If we need a referral, she does it automatically, right there in front of you. She explains what is best for you. Always so friendly. We love going to her. She treats us, like family. We try never to miss our appointments with her. I recommend her to anyone.

  The staff in the office, the nurses, and my NP are all really friendly and helpful! I feel lucky to have access to such quality care here. They fit me in when I need help quickly, and they are obviously dedicated to providing person-centered care.

  I got an order for occult blood of the stool, and Lisa told me she "believed" the lab had the kit, she didn't "think" they had at the clinic. So I called the lab, where I was disconnected 3x. So I call Lisa back and she says to call the hospital. When did I start working for UI????..I am a retired RN, but wouldn't think of working here
