  Loved it here! I was so sad when I had to move away! I was able to establish great Pilates technique here with the unlimited package! Strongly recommend for anyone who wants to get stronger with good instruction!

  I love this studio and have had nothing but positive experiences. I’ve taken classes with all of the instructors and they’re all very friendly and knowledgeable. Parking is easy - there’s a parking garage with access to the studio and they will validate parking for you. I like that they also offer a free intro class to introduce you to the equipment and a few basic Pilates exercises. I’d definitely recommend it if you want to try Pilates.

  I have been attending classes at this facility for quite some time and, for the most part, the instructors have been fantastic, with Morgan standing out as particularly exceptional. However, my most recent experience left me feeling discouraged and disheartened. I have worked with personal trainers in the past and have always appreciated constructive feedback. Unfortunately, during this particular class, the instructor’s behavior felt dismissive and unprofessional. When I asked for assistance, she simply held up her finger to indicate I should wait—despite not interrupting her while she was speaking. When she did eventually offer adjustments, they were not helpful and came across as rude rather than instructive. What’s especially frustrating is that this instructor is the only one available during the time slot I typically attend, leaving me unable to book any future classes at my preferred time. I usually leave classes feeling energized and motivated, but after that experience, I felt completely defeated and discouraged. Unfortunately, I haven’t been back since. I truly hope this feedback is taken into account, as it’s such a shame that one negative experience has made it difficult for me to continue my fitness journey here.
