Centerstone Recovery Centers (CRC) offer treatment for individuals requiring intensive treatment for addiction. We offer a safe, structured, and supportive residential environment to develop and hone skills for living in recovery. Treatment is provided in a communal setting following an individualized, evidence-based care plan. Length of stay can be up to 28 days. We accept individuals who are prescribed Methadone and are in good standing with an opioid treatment providers. We do not detox individuals from Methadone.
