She also helped me work with my insurance to minimize my out of pocket payment. When I went for the fitting, she went through all of the setting and made sure that they were set appropriately and that I understood how to adjust the settings for different environments. She explained all of the features and answered all of my questions. I can not recommend Lori enough!
