  If you stop taking walk ins an hour before your closing time it should state that everywhere!

  The weight was longer, but that was expected. Cold and flu season. The physician was good and seemed like he knew what he was talking about. Very personable. My only gripe is that I went in for a poison ivy rash and they did offer a steroid shot. Which I took. But did not offer a follow up prednisone taper Which is somewhat protocol because poison ivy is known to relapse after only a steroid shot. I ended up going to an urgent care to get the prednisone taper. Thus I ended up paying for two visits when it should’ve been handled in the first. This is the second time that my visit did not meet expectations. The urgent care in Bloomington has always done well for me.

  If I could do zero stars I would. My mother has stage 4 cirrhosis of the liver & CHF. She has had new swelling in her feet and ankles that had moved up to her knees. I took her in and saw Anna who dismissed this as her having salt over the holiday. No labs. No anything. Just sent her home and said to wear compression socks. I would’ve liked a work up with her history, not great patient care. Won’t be taking her back there again. Do better.
