  We love our pediatrician but our two children never can get into their pediatrician for sick visits and have go to an urgent care where we are forced to spend more money and wait longer. Infants and toddlers should always be squeezed onto their pediatrician's schedule when they are sick. This all makes me second guess using IU health. Sick visit slots should be included on a physician's schedule so they can accommodate when their patients need them most. Please make adjustments! I have tried to be fit on 7 times for a child being sick and 7/7 times we have had to go to an urgent care and see a new physician. We might as well make the urgent care doctors our primary care physicians since they see us on a more regular basis.
