  The service I received on January 5, 2026 at IU health in Avon West nothing short than amazing. I was extremely nervous because of some testing ordered by my doctor that was classified as a rush in effort to diagnose me even further. When I arrive our greeted by kelly who was simply amazing, she helped calmed me. We had a great conversation and because of her nature and outstanding customer service I was able to settle myself and get through the ultrasound with ease. Thank you, I U Health Avon for having Associates like Kelly to help patients who come in for testing that are nervous and wondering about a multitude of different outcomes.

  My experience here was horrible. They were never on schedule with getting me back to see the doctor and/or when I did get taken back, the doctor was never on time. Every single appointment for my newborn was late. On multiple occasions, we had to wait over an hour past our scheduled appointment which is a lot with a breast feeding baby. I do not recommend this office.
