  I usually do not have good things to say about hospitals and doctors offices. But IU Neurology has really given me some much needed hope. They actually seem to care and are getting to the bottom of my husbands illness. I am just so grateful to have staff that genuinely care and get things done. I am sorry others have not had the same experience, though I empathize as I have been there more times than I would like to admit.

  I didn’t even make it into this office and I know they are worthless! I had an appointment scheduled and was halfway there (I live an hour and a half away) and received a phone call telling me they had scheduled me with a doctor who didn’t treat my particular condition after I had this appointment for 2 months!!! So, I couldn’t be seen that day. The very unfortunate thing was, my husband was switching jobs and we were about to lose our insurance so I really needed to be seen that day. They couldn’t schedule me for a few weeks out. So we got our new insurance and I tried to reschedule and they had me down as a no call no show for the day THEY canceled my appointment!!! Ugh! Then they claimed they sent me a letter saying I was a no call no show. I never received such a letter. I would have called to dispute it! So when I called they said they had to call me back to reschedule. They called back and tried to reschedule me with the same doctor that doesn’t treat my condition!! This office is a joke and not a funny haha joke!! Avoid it at all costs if you want an organized office. I have no idea what the actual physicians are like; they may be wonderful, but with a staff like that it’s not worth it.
