My friends and I were so excited to start our Pilates journey at Club Pilates (Avon Crossing location). We loved the idea of committing to something healthy together and were genuinely looking forward to the experience. Unfortunately, we were extremely disappointed. Trying to get into a class is equivalent to scheduling a doctor or dentist appointment; you have to plan weeks in advance and hope something opens up, or hope that someone else doesn't show up to what they also paid for.
The biggest issue was the lack of transparency, flexibility, and realistic scheduling. We purchased the 3-month, 8-classes-per-month membership, thinking we’d have reasonable access to classes. Instead, we were waitlisted for nearly every single class we tried to book within the first two weeks of our membership. We were waitlisted for ALL of our classes. If you think being on the waitlist means you’ll eventually get in, don’t count on it. Do not trust that you’ll be taken off the waitlist. We were told we have a 95% chance if we were waitlisted 1-5. We were normally 2 and 3, showed up to class just to be turned around! What’s even more frustrating is that if you don’t use all 8 credits within the month, you lose them even if you were waitlisted the entire time and never got into a class. There is zero accountability on the club’s part. The only response we received was, “That’s how the classes are set up.”
If you work a typical 8-5 schedule, this location is not for you. There are no available evening or weekend classes, and the few that exist are extremely overbooked. It feels like they knowingly oversell memberships without having the class capacity to support them.
Another major concern is the contract. Please, please READ the contract before signing anything and ask questions. You have 3 business days to cancel your membership without penalties-this is not clearly explained. After the third business day, you’re required to pay a $100 cancellation fee plus an additional 30 days of membership to cancel. This should be made very clear upfront.
Overall, it seemed like a cool idea, just the wrong place to do it. We really wanted this to work, but the lack of transparency and flexibility made it a very frustrating experience. I would strongly encourage anyone considering joining to ask detailed questions before committing.

Hola buenas, quisiera saber si tienen profesores que hablen español ? Me gustaría empezar pilates
I can’t say enough positive things about this Club. Great people, all different personalities, motivated and fun! I have always been active but Pilates gives me results way faster than the gym or any other activity! I even healed a knee injury with these classes. I’m about 280 classes in and still loving every minute!
Thank you to Renee for the best class I’ve had here. I will definitely stay consistent and book her class. She is so sweet and an amazing instructor she doesn’t mind questions and genuinely has a beautiful aura

I have been an unlimited member of this club since the day they opened.Recently they changed the schedule around, previously level 1 classes were available at 6am which is the time I have always gone. During my last scheduling, I accidently scheduled a 9am class this past Monday. I did not realize my mistake until late Sunday night, when it was too late to cancel through the app without the 20.00 penalty. I called the club at 6am Monday morning. I got the voicemail, left a message about my mistake and said, I want take sure I am not charged the fee for my mistake. I heard nothing back. On my next class zi asked about it, they said they did not see a charge, so I thought it was resolved. On Thursday I got a text from KIAN saying it could only be waived for emergencies. This morning when I went in for class, she was working and I said zi got your text saying you can not waive this. Her response was so rude and uncaring, no only for emergencies. I said so if I had lied about the reason you could have? Same smug look. I said I have an unlimited pachage, that I only use about 22 times a month because of my job, and you can't waive it? She said no. I said then cancel my membership. Without pause she says ok and starts entering the cancelation in the Computer system. Then told me I have to pay for the next 30 days too.
I was so pissed, I left without taking my class.
Classes where always full when Hannah was manager and everyone loved her. I have been wondering lately why classes are at 50% or less, perhaps it's this girls nasty attitude and lack of any kind of Customer care. I can not believe the owner of this club wants to lose clients over 20.00 and she had no qualms with it. In fact she was having a big laugh with the instructor at the desk as I pulled out of the parking lot.
