  We have unfortunately been going to Allergy Partners of Central Indiana in Avon for the past two years. The good news—Dr Epstein is great. She listens to concerns and responds with possible solutions. The nurses who do allergy shots are great with our son. The reason for a two star review is everything dealing with the office management. On multiple occasions, the office closes without any notice—we show up to have a sign on the door that says “closed”. This week, that has happened twice. When contacting the office, the phone is occasionally answered, and responses can take several days to come. We are regularly misbilled for hundreds of dollars, and the billing office recognizes the error but states they can do nothing about it. The office has multiple means of communication that they state will communicate closures—their website, Facebook, phone and text messages. In the past year, we have had six visits thst have been met by a sign saying “closed” with no notification.

  Dr. Epstein (seen at the Avon location) was great, but the front desk staff made me a follow up appointment at the N Meridian location (and gave me an apt card) but I guess they never actually made the apt, because when I arrived for it (at the N Meridian location) I was told that I didn’t have an appointment. The front desk lady was pretty rude - acting like it was my fault and that I should have confirmed it. She didn’t try to help at all - just told me to reschedule. Meanwhile I took PTO for this apt and had my 7 month old in tow. Really ridiculous that an apt can’t even be made correctly. Edit: changing to 3 stars as I contacted Dr. Epstein directly and she reached out and apologized and had the staff schedule me asap.

  Was told to show up at 8:30am for 9am appointment and the door sign says open but the door is locked with nobody in sight.

  This place, doctors and receptionists alike, are absolutely cruel and heartless. I cannot even BEGIN to explain how horrible and discriminatory they were toward someone with a disability. It is inhumane, unintelligent, and overall just pure disgusting.
