  They get me out fast most of the time and always greet me with a smile and happy to help people out. The dark side is when entitled people want to tie up the line with the same old tactics and the same old bullshit. Payless needs to weed them out.

  Pharmacist, or tech, whoever is this uninformed for the job, insisted Sudafed for children (the real one with pseudoephedrine) doesn't exist... and decided to make my husband sound like an idiot for asking for it, in front of a line of people, by insisting it doesn't and selling the adult version to him while repeatedly telling him not to give it to our kids. Yes, obviously don't give an adult dosage to children. But the version for kids DOES exist. I suggest a quick Google search since whatever education they have didn't do the trick. Don't use this pharmacy if you don't have to, they employ people who don't know basics and will make a point to make you look dumb publicly based on their own lack of knowledge. Rude, unprofessional, under-educated.
