Apparently, they were having issues with their prescription and were going to the ends of the earth to try to resolve it for him. When I had an issue with a prescription, they dismissed me and told me they'd try to sort it out and to check back later. I got out of line because my lunch is only so long. So a 1 star from me. That guy in front of me might give a 5 star rating.

I switched to this pharmacy out of frustration with my previous provider a few months ago & they have honestly been such a relief to work with as someone that takes daily medications! The transfer of my prescriptions was handled effortlessly on their end, the staff is always polite & professional, my prescription is ready within a day or two if not the same day, they send a text when it’s ready for pickup & I save $95 a month out of pocket comparatively! I was contacted by them about an issue with filling my most recent prescription (not their fault - my doctor sent it to the previous pharmacy) & the pharmacist walked me through how to fix it. Within minutes of doing so, I checked the app in case I had to request to refill it again & the prescription status had already changed to in progress & barely two hours later it was ready! Previously I had to wait weeks attempting to fill the same prescription & had to constantly follow up at the last place to do so but Jewel makes everything so easy & quick! THANK YOU SO MUCH TO THE AMAZING STAFF THAT MAKES IT POSSIBLE!
