- WIWing Yee IpMay 22, 20195.0I needed to get a new pair of glasses and the staff at this location helped me to select a frame for my budget. The staff was very friendly and courteous, and I would definitely come back next year for another exam (unless I have an eye infection, then I'll go back sooner). Not to mention the full exam was very affordable for someone who doesn't have insurance. Dr. Patel was very thorough during my eye exam. She took her time and examine my eyes carefully. I really appreciate the optical team at this Wrigley Building. If I have an eye infection, this is definitely the optometrist that I'll see. I would prefer to seek expert opinions from a trusted optometrist than a nurse practitioner of a retail clinic. Wish they open on Saturdays. I had to take my daughter to another Walgreens Optical because they were closed. She got a pair of Hello Kitty lens for a reasonable price and she loves it sooooo much!

Michigan Ave. Dr. Patel is very knowledgeable and addresses any concerns you may have. The other teams members are great as well they greeted me with a smile and helped when needed. I purchased some Kenneth Cole eye glasses and there was not pressure to sell me the latest and greatest which I really appreciate. They gave me their honest opinion on the glasses I looked at. I will be referring my clients and friends to this location. Thanks for all your help!
