- RRRajApr 2, 20261.0“First impression is the best impression,” and unfortunately mine was poor. I booked through the Duly app, but there was a mismatch in my appointment details at check-in. When I tried to explain, the front desk staff(Asian looking one) was rude, dismissive, and made sarcastic comments instead of helping. It seemed like an issue with the app, not me, but the lack of professionalism made the experience frustrating. As a first-time patient, I won’t be returning.

You can never talk to someone from the clinic you always have to talk to duly. Im really upset about this. But guess me and my family just needed to find better doctors anyway. Don’t go here if you can find something better choose the better option. It’s nothing but a hassle and duly is no help.

Thelma Marin is a rude and horriblebedside! Horrible office and now it's Duly. Avoid at all costs! Terrible care and customer service is atrocious!

She has denied my refills & said “I am not under her care”, when my main goal for the Nov. appt was to get established with her as my primary. She said she would approve the refill. This office has been near impossible to get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend this location if you have necessary medications you have to take every day.
- RRRandaDec 25, 20251.0My relatives test results were being shouted in reception area behind the desks. How is this OK?! Clear HIPPA violation. This is such a horribly run clinic. What an embarrassment and shame.
