    It's been years since I've sent my scripts here and now I remember why.... I had one sent here for and inhaler I needed with a steroid in it. I received a text from osco that it was $116.00 so I called osco and I spoke with I believe John was his name... And asked him if that was with my insurance and he assured me it was. I couldn't believe it, so I called CVS and they said it was $5.00! With my insurance!!!! Well I called Osco back and explained to John that it is only $5 at CVS and I was going to have it transferred and he got very rude with me and said fine and I'll make a note of it. First of all, explain to me why it would be a $111.00 difference 5 minutes away and a different pharmacy???? That is ridiculous!!!! And second, you do not treat customers in such a nasty manner, you should've tried to find a way to bring that same price to them rather than be a rude arrogant person... And this is why I stopped going to this Osco for my meds in addition to their pricing. Customer service is horrible, no smiling, no friendly interaction what so ever at that counter ... Such a shame. Never used to be that way

    I really don't have any issues with the place. It's the people. Very solitude attitudes over there. There's no light banter. There's just employees with a mad look on their face. Never a smile . Customer service goes a long way and they don't do their part

    They are good for the most part but always claim it was “an accident” that they texted me a way higher amount for the prescription than it really is and get annoyed when I tell them I think that’s way off and I’m not paying that much. It has happened now at least 3 times. It’s like why would I want to pay 5x as much?!
