She has denied my refills & said “I am not under her care”, when my main goal for the Nov. appt was to get established with her as my primary. She said she would approve the refill. This office has been near impossible to get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend this location if you have necessary medications you have to take every day.

I paid everything at the time, but now it looks like I have an outstanding balance for double the amount. I’ve already spoken with their office twice over the past month, and they told me not to worry because it was their mistake and they would fix it. At this point, I’m still receiving texts and emails asking me to pay. Unbelievable!

I expressed the frustration with the front desk and their answer is that she’s running behind! How can a doctor run behind with patients for 2 hours! I am pretty sure She’s not performing a surgery it’s just a family doctor that performs regular patient checkup! This is ridiculous! The staff doesn’t even care to talk to the doctor and try to get us in! They said if you want to wait you can if not you can leave it’s up to you. Very very bed service……

But the bigger issue is they changed networks/affiliations mid-year and now my insurance doesn’t even apply here anymore. So the Dr I’ve been seeing for $30 copay over there all of a sudden will cost me $240. Patients can’t change plans/networks whenever they want and you’d think providers would be more respective of that. They’re going to see a lot of frustrated patients and cancelled appointments due to this as they deserve.
