You can never talk to someone from the clinic you always have to talk to duly. Im really upset about this. But guess me and my family just needed to find better doctors anyway. Don’t go here if you can find something better choose the better option. It’s nothing but a hassle and duly is no help.

She has denied my refills & said “I am not under her care”, when my main goal for the Nov. appt was to get established with her as my primary. She said she would approve the refill. This office has been near impossible to get ahold of anyone. Do not recommend this location if you have necessary medications you have to take every day.

I paid everything at the time, but now it looks like I have an outstanding balance for double the amount. I’ve already spoken with their office twice over the past month, and they told me not to worry because it was their mistake and they would fix it. At this point, I’m still receiving texts and emails asking me to pay. Unbelievable! / It's been a a month after a still having missing payments, did you steal the money?
