  I always feel like a VIP at Smile87. I’ve had the same hygienist for several years and we talk about life. Very clean, very professional, and my appointments have always been conducted on time. Would recommend to anyone. Did I mention they take TriCare? Thank you Dr. Khan for all your hard work.

  Everyone is friendly, in and out was convenient.giving me a thorough checkup and cleaning. I’ve found a new dentist! They are friendly, professional supportive and always willing to answer.

  Absolutely love Smile Studio 87! The staff is so kind and welcoming, and Dr. Kahn is one of the most caring and genuine dentists I’ve ever met. She truly takes the time to make you feel comfortable and cared for at every visit. I highly recommend Smile Studio 87 to anyone looking for a dentist and is looking for exceptional care!!

  Update to my review. I’d like to acknowledge Dr. Kahn called when she read my review. She called me again a couple days later with an update on how she addressed the situation. Guess that’s why she posted on her reply there will be an update because I’m sure she knew after speaking with me I’d do the right thing and address how she handled the situation. Which she would be correct in believing so, if she thought that of course. Not only did Dr. Kahn call me twice she also informed me the out come of her investigation which I’d gladly like to share. She informed me I had a misunderstanding of what happened. That I was not there to hear the two employees have a conversation between themselves upfront in Spanish. I’m assuming this justifies the comments made to the employees despite her saying she takes things like this seriously. She informed me apologies were made to the employees because no one deserves to be treated the way I believed they were. She also informed me how she is setting up a training class for the whole office so the employees are aware of the standards everyone there is held to regarding respect and common courtesy. She takes pride in how diverse her team is. My review has made its way to people I never imagined possible because I was so determined to advocate for two people who were getting treated so poorly by their employer/managers. Some of those people are prior and current employees. These people have confirmed the situation I described to be accurate and not the first time employees get treated in a poor manner. I’ve had current employees confirm there is no training class happening like Dr. Kahn explained to me. Prior employees told me to not be surprised if the investigation was toddler grade at best, and both past and current employees confirmed that if it were them in the situation they would not stand up for themselves in fear of being fired. I’ve also been told their push for Invisalign is on just about every customer which now makes me want a second opinion before I purchase a set like Dr. Kahn told me I needed. So my update for those following is although Dr. Kahn tried to say all the right things to me so that I would “kindly consider updating my review” … her words not mine… I did comply and agree to update my review but in the way of advocating for those that fear her. To the employees who were disrespected the day I was there, I pray you find an employer who will value your greatness and willingness to translate for customers instead of putting some fear into you to learn English as if you spoke no English at all. And to Dr. Kahn, I hope you see the actions of your managers have affects on your business and as long as you allow the disrespect to happen and continue to be dismissive I don’t see things improving. I walk in for my appointment and who I assume to be the office manager? Lady with blonde hair, very uptight. I walk in to check in for my appointment and hear her telling two employees how they can not speak Spanish to each other in the back or in the front of the office, not at all. They need to be speaking English and this is a great time for them to learn English. This is all because she was helping translate for one of their customers who was speaking Spanish. The believed office manager also told the employee that she cannot be translating for customers and she needs to tell these customers they need their own translator. All while the waiting room is filled with guests. That had to be so uncomfortable for the employees let alone being talked to that way in front of an entire room of customers. You hired these employees fully aware of their first language and still decided to degrade them in front of all your customers. Never will I give this place my business again. That office manager needs to be fired. Those employees deserve a public apology since you wanted to degrade them in public. This place is so disgusting for the way they treat their help.
