- LRlily raiOct 21, 20252.0I went in and did an eye exam. everything was fine with checking in, everything was done quickly but when I finished up my exam the doctor said I have a “bp, a baby prescription” and then when I asked about my astigmatism they said “you barely have one” and ONLY filled out the sphere of my eyes not the axis or cylinder. Yet when I went to America’s Best the doctors there do not undermine my eyesight and fill out the entire prescription. My eyesight went worse actually in under a year.

The woman working never acknowledged me while I was waiting, spoke to me rudely when she finally did, and even helped another customer who arrived after me without any explanation. When I asked questions, she seemed impatient and dismissive. the way I was treated was very disappointing. What made it worse was that her attitude toward other customers was completely different, which made me feel even more unwelcome. I will never return to this place.
