  Had an amazing experience with Dr. Rama. She was extremely knowledgeable and professional. This was my second time taking my sick child to see her at this urgent care and both times she immediately was able to diagnose her correctly. I would come back just for the excellent medical staff.

  I don’t recommend this place for DOT physical, I was here for my medical card renewal, My blood pressure was 130 which is passed but they still think that i have a high blood pressure so i got 3 months active instead of 2 years. Not a great place to renew your cdl card.

  I had an 11am appointment and when I arrived the office was closed. I called and they said they were short staffed and guessed they might have a practitioner in a hour or so.  They should have proactively called me to reschedule. I never saw the practitioner and left to goto another urgent care. Horrible thing to do to a patient. Staffing issues happen just call the patient to reschedule!

  Super quick, super fast, super professional. Told me exactly what I needed to hear. My scripts were ready to pick up by the time I left! I checked in with a QR sign up and probably can download the app and just check in on the way so the wait is shorter... But honestly I only waited about 3 minutes after I clicked submit. If you have an urgent issue and need genuine care, this place was AMAZING & SUPER QUICK even though I never felt rushed or like my appointment was being hurried as she answered all my questions and she was incredibly kind and very informative. Thorough, too! Worked around my allergies too normal medicine even helped by informing me of side effects and how to avoid them, suggesting probiotics for what it does to the stomach. This seems like common sense but I've never had a doctor go above and beyond to try and prevent uncomfortable symptoms for me on a prescription they've prescribed before. They usually just say I'm giving you this and call me if you have problems. I can think of horrible times in my life where this knowledge would have been helpful! As somebody who's been in and out of hospitals my entire life this was not the ER experience that you're dreading if you have some kind of basic medical need. This is easy and painless. Your results get sent to your phone and your prescription get sent to your pharmacy. All done within an hour. No dreadful ER wait, no crowded room. I am so happy that instead of spending my entire night and part of my morning in an ER waiting room for an antibiotic that I was just in and out with my prescriptions and back home within an hour. Whoever you are if you're reading this because something's wrong and you don't understand how important your health is or you're scared about the current climate of medical doctorates or you're worried about spending your entire day and night in an ER, this is the choice. This is the option you want. This is the ER replacement. This is the Urgent Care you need. These are the people that want to help you. This is the in and out place for when you get suddenly sick or you hurt yourself. This is the only 5 - 10 minute waiting room. This is the one you're looking for. You can call them now. No I'm not paid for this ad I'm just somebody that is completely sick of er's and how the current state of doctors and prevents going to the doctor unless I'm dying or can't handle the pain, which was my situation. I'm simply someone just like you who was looking for a faster more caring alternative and was incredibly impressed with this one. Hoping to help someone else in the future... I know what it's like to be chronically ill and hate the ER but come down with an illness so this is the place you want. You can stop looking. This one is the place. They'll help.
