- ATAshley TDec 29, 20181.0Worst Jewel I’ve ever been to. They usually only have 2 or 3 cashiers, even on saturday mornings! Not to mention, I have been getting prescriptions from Jewel Osco Pharmacies my entire life, but now I’m changing to CVS because this is ridiculous. The girl that works at the pharmacy doesn’t know what the heck she’s doing, so there’s always a line while the actual pharmacist does literally everything. No joke, I called over to refill a prescription that was somehow based out of a different Jewel (not sure how that happened, but whatever). She wanted to just give me the store number, so I could then google it and find the phone number, and then call to ask them to switch it back. Seriously? Even before when I’d had issues like this after I’d moved to the area, someone the guy had done this part for me. I told her that and she made a “humph” sound and said “that’s not my job.” I’m absolutely disgusted with this place, and I’m giving up on them. Target is cleaner anyway.
